Reception staff were lovely and helpful.
Dr Sindall was very dismissive of me and tried to rush me out even before my 10 mins was used.
(Just some examples of why I was not happy with my care).
I felt as if I was told off for not using hormonal contraception even though the side effects are very bad for me.
Questions about drugs I was prescribed was met with an annoyed "fine - tale a different one".
Left the surgery very upset and fobbed off, not cared for at all.

It is easy to talk to the GP and was not rushed.

Waiting times have been very long on a few occasions, but care (from Dr Blundell) has been very good.

Came here fairly regularly and the receptionists are always so friendly and helpful.
Dr Luscombe has seen me as a patient for just under 20 years. All the best wishes to him in retirement.
One of the nurses - first door on the left was easy to talk to and reassured me not to be embarrassed.

Always lovely receptionists, kind and caring doctors but the wait to get through on the phone to make an appointment is ridiculous.
Never less than 5 minutes and very often 10-15 mins.
Often 6th or 8th in the queue.
